Nesting of Oxybelus quatuordecimnotatus Jurine, 1807 (Hymenoptera: Crabronidae) from Poland

Nests of Oxybelus quatuordecimnotatus Jurine, 1807 were examined in the village of Sierakowo in northern Poland. Adult insects were encountered from early June to mid-August. Eight nests were observed; three were excavated and examined.

Four new species of Podagritus Spinola, 1851 from Western Australia are described and illustrated: P. clypeatus, P. ferrugineus, P. pilosus, and P. propodealis. Podagritus noongaris Leclercq, 1998 is redescribed and its male first recognized.
