STK25 Loss Augments Anti‐PD‐1 Therapy Efficacy by Regulating PD‐L1 Stability in Colorectal Cancer

This study demonstrates that STK25 depletion facilitates CRC immune escape through the inhibition of PD‐L1 Ser283 phosphorylation‐mediated ubiquitination, and promotes tumor growth. Personalized Medication for Chronic Diseases Using Multimodal Data‐Driven Chain‐of‐Decisions

A MDD‐CoD is proposed for personalized chronic disease medication. The framework simulates clinical chain‐of‐decisions through three linked deep learning tasks, validated on multi‐center datasets (3 hospitals, 4 diseases), demonstrating enhanced generalization and interpretability in cross‐disease applications.
