Application of TextRank Algorithm for Credibility Assessment

2014 IEEE/WIC/ACM International Joint Conferences on Web Intelligence (WI) and Intelligent Agent Technologies (IAT), 2014
In this article we examine the use of Text Rank algorithm for identifying web content credibility. Text Rank has come to be a widely applied method for automated text summarization. In our research we apply it to see how well does it fare in recognizing credible statements from a given corpus.

Using KL Divergence for Credibility Assessment

International Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems, 2015
In reputation systems, agents collectively estimate the others' behaviours through feedbacks to decide with whom they can interact. To avoid manipulations, most reputation systems weight feedbacks with respect to the agents' reputation. However, these systems are sensitive to some strategic manipulations, like oscillating attacks or whitewashing.

Achieving credibility in risk assessment models

Toxicology Letters, 1995
Validation of a mathematical model requires demonstrating that a model is free of mathematical errors (internal consistency), is sensitive to large but not small errors or uncertainties in parameter values (verifiability and robustness), reproduces experimental observations on the system being modeled (external consistency), and leads to testable ...
