Ultrafast Dense Immobilization of Noble Metal Nanoparticles on Customizable Multifunctional Polymer Microspheres for Heterogeneous Catalysis and Multiplexed Biodetection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work proposes a facile co‐assembly strategy to achieve highly uniform and dense immobilization of diverse noble metal nanoparticles onto metastable multifunctional (e.g., magnetic or fluorescent) polymer microspheres, enabling fabrication of complex hierarchical superstructures.

Targeting DAP5 Disrupts Alternate Mode of Translational Initiation in Tregs and Potentiates Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) suppress antitumor immunity. This study identifies that the translation scaffold DAP5/eIF4G2 is upregulated in tumor‐infiltrating Tregs (ti‐Tregs). DAP5 mediates an alternate translation mode to sustain CD25 and MCL‐1 expression, which is critical for ti‐Treg stability and survival in the tumor microenvironment.

Decoding Proton‐Coupled Electron Transfer Mechanism of Nicotine for Multi‐Scenario Portable Electrochemical Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A key challenge in nicotine electroanalysis is the unresolved complexity of its interface process, which directly determines sensor metrics. Herein, the proton‐coupled electron transfer mechanism of nicotine is decoded for multi‐scenario portable electrochemical sensing.

Expanding the Chemical Space of Cyclic Polyphthalaldehyde via Post‐Functionalization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, we developed a post‐functionalization approach to achieve water‐soluble cyclic polyphthalaldehyde (cPPA) polymers via click chemistry. ABSTRACT Cyclic polyphthalaldehydes (cPPAs) are hydrophobic cyclic polymers with stimuli‐responsive depolymerization property. The introduction of hydrophilic functionalities to cPPAs is challenging due to
