Neuromorphic Electronics for Intelligence Everywhere: Emerging Devices, Flexible Platforms, and Scalable System Architectures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The perspective presents an integrated view of neuromorphic technologies, from device physics to real‐time applicability, while highlighting the necessity of full‐stack co‐optimization. By outlining practical hardware‐level strategies to exploit device behavior and mitigate non‐idealities, it shows pathways for building efficient, scalable, and ...

A Super‐Adhesive Air Filter With Capillarity‐Mediated Spontaneous Particle Absorption via Dynamic Bond Exchange

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We address the inherently weak particle adhesion of conventional air filters by coating a dynamically crosslinked adhesive layer that delivers capillarity‐driven strong adhesion and particle absorption mediated by dynamic bond exchange. The resulting enhancement in particle adhesion enables efficient ultrafast (up to 20 m s−1) and omnidirectional ...

Interactions between piglet weaning age and dietary creep feed composition on lifetime growth performance

open access: yes, 2013
The influences of creep feed composition and piglet weaning age on apparent creep feed disappearance and post-weaning performance were examined. A total of 24 gilts and 72 multiparous sows were selected at farrowing, and their litters allocated to a 2 by

Designing Strong, Tough, Fire‐Retardant and Self‐Healing Elastomers with Phosphorus/Nitrogen‐ and Biphenyl‐Containing Segments

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
By designing a P/N‐ and π–π interacting biphenyl‐containing diol as hard segments but side groups, a strong, tough, fire‐extinguishing and self‐healing elastomer is developed, demonstrating a break strain of ∼2500%, a toughness of 379 MJ/m3 and a tensile strength of 46 MPa, as well as a healing efficiency of 95% (tensile strength) and 99% (break strain)

Growth Performance and Hematology of Khao Lamphun Calves with the Implementation of Creep Feeding

open access: yesTropical Animal Science Journal
The study aimed to evaluate the effect of creep feeding on growth performance and the hematological and biochemical profiles of Khao Lamphun calves. Twenty Khao Lamphun cow-calf pairs were randomly allotted into two treatments: T1, no supplementation of

Increasing creep pellet size improves creep feed disappearance of gilt and sow progeny in lactation and enhances pig production after weaning

open access: yes, 2021
Objective: To determine if feeding a larger diameter pellet increases creep feed intake and growth rate of piglets during lactation, especially that of gilt progeny (GP) compared to sow progeny (SP), and stimulates feed intake after weaning. Materials

A Dual‐Bioresponsive and Programmable Microneedle Matrix as a Bioinspired Coupler for Orchestrating Diabetic Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This project developed a smart bandage‐like patch (a microneedle array) for repairing diabetic bone damage. It intelligently senses signals from infection and inflammation, then releases its medicines in a specific, timed sequence: first an antibacterial agent, then an anti‐inflammatory agent, and finally growth factors.

Water and creep feed consumption by piglets and the effects of solid feed and water restriction on performance in early life [PDF]

open access: yes, 1979
Piglets provided with water from day old were observed to consume small amounts (58 gjday)at this early age and intake of solid feed began during the second week of life.
