Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

Experimental study on the shear creep behavior of residual soil with varying rock content.
Using residual soil from the Shanghecun landslide in the western Henan Province, shear creep tests of residual soil samples with different rock contents (RCs) were performed to explore the creep characteristics, creep rate, and long-term strength of the ...

Microstructure and Hardness Effects on Behavior of Copper Alloy under Creep – Fatigue Interaction [PDF]
The microstructure and hardness of copper alloy after fatigue-creep interaction testing have been investigated. Experiments were carried out in the temperature range from room temperature to 300oC.

Spatial fluctuations in transient creep deformation
We study the spatial fluctuations of transient creep deformation of materials as a function of time, both by Digital Image Correlation (DIC) measurements of paper samples and by numerical simulations of a crystal plasticity or discrete dislocation ...

Tensile Creep of High-Strength Concrete
Tensile creep tests on high-strength concrete have been performed. Besides up-to-date creep data which have been generated a new phenomenon has been discovered, i. e. shrinkage of loaded specimens is larger than of non-loaded ones. It seems that this phenomenon is in agreement with Powers' creep theory.

Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...

Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy due to Biallelic Pathogenic Variants in PIGM
ABSTRACT Objective PIGM encodes a critical enzyme in the glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)‐anchor biosynthesis pathway. While promoter‐region mutations in PIGM have been associated with a relatively mild phenotype characterized by portal vein thrombosis and absence seizures, recent evidence suggests that coding‐region mutations result in a more severe
