Relationship between the Torsion or Bending Creep Strength and the Tension Creep Strength of 13%Cr Steel

In order to find the correlation of the torsion or bending creep strength with the tensile creep strength for hardened and tempered 13%Cr steel, creep tests in tension, torsion and pure bending have been made at temperatures 400°C and 500°C. And then, these experimental results were compared with the analytical results by calculation based on von Mises

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance

NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
