The Geology and Thermochronology of Cretaceous Magmatism of Southeastern Vietnam
Russian Journal of Pacific Geology, 2020Geological, mineralogical–petrographic, and geochronological studies (U/Pb, Rb/Sr, and Ar/Ar isotope dating) of igneous complexes of the Dalat Zone identified two stages, which reflect a change in the geodynamic regime. The first, Late Jurassic, stage corresponded to a suprasubduction setting with formation of volcanic sequences of the Deobaoloc ...

Similarity and Differences of Cretaceous Magmatism in the Arctic Region
Geotectonics, 2018The paper considers Cretaceous magmatism at the continental margin of the Arctic Region. It is shown that Cretaceous igneous rocks of this region are rather heterogeneous in age, composition, and geodynamic formation setting. This differentiates them from rocks of typical large igneous provinces (LIPs).
