Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

The Dominant Role of the Summer Hemisphere in Subtropical Lower Stratospheric Wave Drag Trends
It is well established that the shallow branch of the Brewer‐Dobson circulation accelerates in a warming climate due to enhanced wave drag in the subtropical lower stratosphere.

Super-critical withdrawal from a two-layer fluid through a line sink if the lower layer is of finite depth [PDF]
The steady response of a fluid consisting of two regions of different density, the lower of which is of finite depth, is considered during withdrawal. Super-critical flows are considered in which water from both layers is being withdrawn, meaning that ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Identification of critical criteria of on-line data acquisition system [PDF]
It has been noted in many research papers that on-line data acquisition system has become an important system in the\ud condition monitoring field due to its ability to increase the efficiency of the monitoring itself.

Zeta zero dependence and the critical line [PDF]
On the critical line the conditional distribution of the zeta function's magnitude around zeta zeros exists and predicts the well-known pair correlation between nontrivial zeta zeros.
