Classification of main tropical crops.
1. From my own opinion the main tropical crops include economical tropical crops as well as wellknown crops which are growing all over the warm countries in the Temperate, Sub-tropics and Tropics. 2. Mode of classification is to be as follows, the main tropical crops are divided, at first by use, in the second by Agricultural Administration, and in the

Securitization in crop insurance with soil classification [PDF]
Securitization is an emerging alternative to transfer of insurance risk, especially in cases exceeding the capacity of reinsurance, thus extending the insurability of risks. The original subjects of securitization are the risks emerging from the aftermaths of natural disasters.

Evaluating the involvement of autolysosomes in the nuclear translocation of fluorescent proteins
Endogenously expressed fluorescent proteins can be degraded by autophagy and transported to cell nuclei via the nuclear pore complex. But in some cell lines, for example, HeLa cells which are positive for immunoreactivity of a receptor ligand, such as UCN I, in cell nuclei, fusion of autolysosome with the nuclear envelope is involved in the nuclear ...

Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model
This study explores a liver disease called MASLD, which is increasing worldwide and can lead to serious damage. Researchers used medaka fish instead of rodents to test a food compound, γ‐oryzanol. Fish fed this compound had less liver fat and healthier gut bacteria.

An Ensemble-Based Framework for Sophisticated Crop Classification Exploiting Google Earth Engine
Corn and soybeans play pivotal roles in the agricultural landscape of the United States, and accurately delineating their cultivation areas is indispensable for ensuring food security and addressing hunger-related challenges. Traditional methods for crop

KDAC6 has been associated with cell motility and actin structures, but specific domain contributions are not established. The two catalytic domains have differential effects on motility and F‐actin regulation, affecting cortical F‐actin density, motility, stress fibers, and cell spreading.

Biophysical characterisation shows that NanX, a membrane transport protein from the major facilitator superfamily (MFS), forms both monomers and dimers after purification. AlphaFold modelling and substrate docking provide information on residues likely involved in substrate recognition for NanX and another MFS member, NanT.

Glioblastoma cells express calcitonin receptor variants (CT receptor isoforms) that may help them survive stress. Using qPCR, transcript‐specific long‐read nanopore sequencing, immunofluorescence co‐localisation and comparative sequence analysis, this study identifies a novel alternatively spliced CALCR transcript that encodes the CTb receptor isoform ...

Classification of crops using multitemporal hyperion images
In this study, multi-temporal Hyperion and Landsat 8 images from Eastern Turkey are used to classify wheat, alfalfa and sainfoin (Onobrychis). 9 Hyperion and 9 Landsat 8 images acquired at similar dates from year 2013 are used for both same and cross date classification of crops.
