Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Combined Inversion of Early Arrival P-wave and Rayleigh Wave with Cross-gradient Constraint [PDF]
We present a combined early arrival P-wave and Rayleigh wave inversion strategy that uses the cross-gradient between the P-velocity and S-velocity as a regularization term. First, the P-velocity model is inverted by the early arrival full wave inversion (FWI) method. Then the magnitude spectra of the surface waves in the frequency-wavenumber domain are

Higher Amyloid and Tau Burden Is Associated With Faster Decline on a Digital Cognitive Test
ABSTRACT Objective A 2‐min digital clock‐drawing test (DCTclock) captures more granular features of the clock‐drawing process than the pencil‐and‐paper clock‐drawing test, revealing more subtle deficits at the preclinical stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD). A previous cross‐sectional study demonstrated that worse DCTclock performance was associated with

QRS detection using K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm (KNN) and evaluation on standard ECG databases
The performance of computer aided ECG analysis depends on the precise and accurate delineation of QRS-complexes. This paper presents an application of K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm as a classifier for detection of QRS-complex in ECG.

ABSTRACT Objective Peripheral neuropathies contribute to patient disability but may be diagnosed late or missed altogether due to late referral, limitation of current diagnostic methods and lack of specialized testing facilities. To address this clinical gap, we developed NeuropathAI, an interpretable deep learning–based multiclass classification ...

The Statistical Performance of the Matched Filter for Anomaly Detection Using Gravity Gradients [PDF]
This document first reviews the theory of detecting a subsurface linear anomaly using the matched filter applied to observations of the gravitational gradient in the presence of a nominal gravitational background field and along tracks crossing the ...
