Lateral Meniscus Oblique Radial Tear All‐Inside Repair
Abstract Lateral meniscus oblique radial tears, particularly high‐grade types 3 and 4, are common in acute anterior cruciate ligament injuries and contribute to significant knee instability and meniscal extrusion if left unrepaired. Surgical repair is necessary to restore normal knee kinematics and meniscal function.

Abstract The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is a critical stabilizing structure within the knee joint. Although its injury is relatively uncommon, severe cases can lead to significant dysfunction and long‐term sequelae. PCL reconstruction is an essential treatment for PCL injuries, and among traditional techniques, trans‐tibial interference screw ...

Abstract Anterior cruciate ligament rupture, a common sports‐related knee injury, often causes instability and functional impairment and increases the long‐term risk of osteoarthritis. Traditional remnant‐preserving anatomical reconstruction is the first‐line treatment for midsubstance tears, but optimal management of femoral‐side avulsion injuries ...

Abstract In recent years, with increasing participation of adolescents in sports activities, the incidence of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injuries in paediatric patients has been increasingly reported. Conventional PCL reconstruction techniques typically require drilling femoral and tibial tunnels that cross or are adjacent to the physes.

Atomically precise metal cluster enzymes for pathological tissue regeneration
Schematic illustration of atomically precise metal cluster enzymes (MCEs) for pathological tissue regeneration. Atomically precise MCEs can modulate biological processes, such as attenuation of inflammatory responses, eradication of bacterial pathogens, regulation of angiogenesis, and promotion of cell development.
