Volume 11: Student Paper CompetitionAbstract In this study, corrosion product deposition test is carried out to measure effective thermal conductivity of CRUD depositions. Effective thermal conductivity is found to be a function of heat flux with an average value of 1.3866 W/(m × K).

This paper discusses the relative importance of the soluble and particle fractions that take part in the transport of pressurized water reactor corrosion produce in terms of modeling research. A model is proposed that considers the dominant role of the colloidal/particle fraction in the primary coolant system mass and radioactivity transfer.
