This study characterizes a multidrug‐resistant and strong biofilm‐forming Enterococcus faecalis strain obtained from a shrimp sample in Bangladesh. ABSTRACT Enterococcus faecalis is known for its ability to form strong biofilms and its role as an opportunistic pathogen. In this study, we screened and characterized a multidrug‐resistant (MDR) and strong

Systematic Study of Reactivity of Mg with Different Organic Solvents
This study examines the surface chemistry of magnesium electrodes in organic solvents to understand passivation layer formation. Using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and time‐of‐flight secondary ion mass spectrometry, it was found that immersion in solvents leads to a thin, uneven passivation layer that becomes more uniform over time.

Benchmarking Mg Electrolytes with Different Metal Plating/Stripping Protocols
Mg plating/stripping benchmarking of different Mg electrolyte generations reveals that WCA‐based aluminate Mg electrolyte (III. Gen) offers similar electrochemical performance to organometallic electrolyte (I. Gen), while being less reactive and chloride free.

The “Citrus limon” derived Si‐hard carbon composites (Si/HC‐X) are prepared for sodium‐ion battery anode. A different synthesis strategy was employed to increase the initial Coulombic efficiency. The presence of Si increases the plateau capacity. The galvanostatic intermittent titration technique, ex situ XRD, and Raman study confirms Na+ stores on ...
