Perceived Educational Value of a Self‐Developed 3D‐Printed Pediatric Dentistry Simulator
ABSTRACT Purpose To design and assess a 3D‐printed pediatric dentistry simulator and to evaluate its perceived educational value and realism through student and expert feedback. Methods A maxillary simulator that is mountable on phantom heads was developed and produced by desktop stereolithography with single‐use inserts, enabling proximal caries ...

Ankaramite from Tenerife: a novel geothermobarometric approach to gain insights into the depth of a magma plumbing system [PDF]
This study investigates the magma plumbing system of the Miocene volcano shield stage of Tenerife (Canary Islands) through a geothermobarometric analysis of clinopyroxenes in ankaramite dykes and lavas from the Teno and Roque del Conde massifs ...

Low‐Hysteresis Cellulose‐Based Hydrogels for Strain Detecting
Low‐hysteresis hydrogel with high cellulose content is prepared. The modified cellulose is prepared through a sequential periodate oxidation and borohydride reduction process. The hydrogel can be used as a strain sensor with a gauge factor of 1.1 in the 0%–300% sensing range.

Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was extracted from watermelon rind using acid hydrolysis. MCC can be efficiently used as reinforcement in biofilms and biocomposites. Abstract The increasing accumulation of agricultural waste from watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) represents a substantial environmental concern, particularly in view of the extensive ...

Crystal Resorption as a Driver for Mush Maturation: an Experimental Investigation
Abstract The thermal state of a magma reservoir controls its physical and rheological properties: at storage temperatures close to the liquidus, magmas are dominated by melt and therefore mobile, while at lower temperatures, magmas are stored as a rheologically locked crystal network with interstitial melt (crystal mush).

Migrasomes, Matrix‐Bound Nanovesicles, and More: Messengers in the Matrix
ABSTRACT Extracellular vesicles (EVs) and particles (EPs) are diverse micro‐ and nanoparticles that circulate in bodily fluids and can attach to, or be deposited onto, the extracellular matrix (ECM) and other surfaces. To date, the nomenclature and classification of matrix‐bound or matrix‐associated EVs and EPs (MEVPs) have been unclear, largely due to
