In-situ polypropylene/polytetrafluoroethylene (PP/PTFE) composites are amazing and promising materials because continuous PTFE fibrils can be dispersed in polymer matrix randomly and uniformly, and meanwhile, PTFE microfibrils can greatly enhance the ...

Crystallization kinetics of the tungsten–tellurite glasses
Abstract The crystallization kinetics of the (1 − x)TeO2–xWO3 (where x = 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20, in molar ratio) glass system was studied by non-isothermal methods using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques.

X‐Functionality–Driven Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution in 2D 4‐X‐PEA2SnI4 Perovskites
We report a water‐based synthesis of 2D 4‐X‐PEA2SnI4 perovskite microcrystals with prominent photocatalytic (PC) activity for H2 production. The synergy between organic functionalization and HI‐derived iodide scavenges holes suppress octahedral distortion, and favor electron accumulation, enabling a PC H2 evolution ∼20 µmol·g−1 and long‐term stability ...

Isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of composites of poly(propylene) and MWCNTs
The isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization behaviour of composites of a poly(propylene) (PP) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were investigated using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).

Crystallization Kinetics of GeSbTe Phase-Change Nanoparticles Resolved by Ultrafast Calorimetry
Although nanostructured phase-change materials (PCMs) are considered as the building blocks of next-generation phase-change memory and other emerging optoelectronic applications, the kinetics of the crystallization, the central property in switching ...

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Historical Foundation and Practical Guideline for Ferroelectric Switching Kinetic Studies
The P and U pulses in the conventional PUND measurements are not identical because of the interplay between switching current and the measurement circuit components. This circuit effect can lead to a shift in polarization transients and misinterpreted physics in the switching kinetics.
