CSI

Proceedings of the 2013 companion publication for conference on Systems, programming, & applications: software for humanity, 2013
Prior work proposes inexpensive, tunable tracing of acyclic paths and callsite coverage to enhance post-failure memory dumps. To better understand this data, current work investigates the benefit of each piece of traced data independently, their interplay, future low-cost data to collect, and further analysis uses of the post-mortem data.

CSI – A Confluence Tool

2011
This paper describes a new confluence tool for term rewrite systems. Due to its modular design, the few techniques implemented so far can be combined flexibly. Methods developed for termination analysis are adapted to prove and disprove confluence. Preliminary experimental results show the potential of our tool.

Feedback and delayed CSI can be as good as perfect CSI

2012 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC), 2012
The degrees of freedom (DoF) region of the two-user MIMO interference channel (IC) is completely characterized in the presence of noiseless channel output feedback from each receiver to its respective transmitter and with the assumption of delayed channel state information (CSI) at the transmitters.

CSI dissemination for MU-MIMO schemes based on outdated CSI

2012 50th Annual Allerton Conference on Communication, Control, and Computing (Allerton), 2012
Conventional downlink MU-MIMO techniques require accurate channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) in order to realize degrees-of-freedom (DoF) gains. In practice, CSIT accuracy is limited by CSI estimation, by the delay between channel estimation and data transmission, and by the time/frequency coherence of the channel.

Scintillation Properties of Undoped CsI and CsI Doped With CsBr

IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science, 2008
The light output, energy resolution, and nonproportionality characteristics were measured for undoped CsI and several samples of CsI with different doping by CsBr. A correlation between nonproportionality of the light yield and the intrinsic energy resolution was confirmed.

CSI: Death on site

Journal of the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health, 2007
Though it comes too late for the nine casualties of the eXplosion at a Glasgow plastics factory, the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act is finally on its way. Could your manager now face jail because you didn't follow the health and safety regulations? Kwok W Wan investigates what the Act could mean for occupational health and for health
