Factors impacting the complexity of the leporid intracranial joint
Anatomy of the intracranial joint and the 2D semi‐landmarks used to capture complexity in the intracranial joint. (a) The intracranial joint can be seen here (in red) between the parietal and occipital dorsally and the basioccipital and basisphenoid ventrally. In hares (as in this figure) the interparietals are fused to obliteration.

Effect of DGS Utilization on Characteristics of Square shaped CSRR-Based SIW BPF [PDF]
This paper discusses the effect of defected ground structure (DGS) utilization on the characteristics of substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) bandpass filter (BPF) made of square shaped complimentary split ring resonator (CSRR). There are 2 pieces of DGS

Compact active duplexer based on CSRR and interdigital loaded microstrip coupled lines for LTE application [PDF]
In this paper, a four-port compact active duplexer based on a complimentary split ring resonator (CSRR) and interdigital loaded microstrip coupled lines (CSRR-IL MCL) is presented. Interdigital capacitor is used on the top layer of the proposed structure

Design of a High‐Rejection Filtering Antenna Based on Nonuniform Metasurface
This paper presents a high‐rejection filtering antenna based on nonuniform metasurface (MTS). The antenna consists of three metal layers and two substrate layers. The upper metal layer is nonperiodic MTS patches with removed units. The MTS is fed by a T‐shaped microstrip line at the bottom through by a pair of disconnected bow‐tie slots etched on the ...

New Design Antenna and Optimization of S‐Band Radar Networks Using CSRR Technology
In this paper, a new design and analysis of a highly compact metamaterial antenna array for radar applications operating in the S‐band (2–4 GHz) is presented. To enhance the electrical and radiation characteristics of the proposed antenna, a slot was introduced into the radiating element, and a novel power divider was employed.

Application of CSRR Metamaterial in Antenna
The paper talks about a compact patch antenna design at 3 GHz. A novel complementary square ring resonator as DNG metamaterial has been modeled and designed for its resonance at 3 GHz. The designed metamaterial provides negative real permeability and permittivity over a wide frequency band, making it suitable for its applications in patch size ...

Improved performance for antenna based on a combination of fractal geometry with CSRR
ABSTRACTIn this paper, an antenna design method operating at 3.5 GHz for 5G system is presented to improve its performance. The antenna is designed using fractal geometry combined with an imperfectly structured ground plane. In which, the radiation surface has the form of a Minkowski island fractal geometry, and the removed part of the ground is a ...
