Surfactant‐mediated electro‐dewetting of droplets in oil for liquid‐shape manipulation

Surfactant‐mediated electro‐dewetting has recently been demonstrated to manipulate droplets in air for digital microfluidics. The current work explores electro‐dewetting of droplets in oil for liquid‐shape manipulation. Contact‐angle change of 100° is obtained for electro‐dewetting of a dimethyl sulfoxide droplet in hexadecane oil with mere 4 V.

Facet‐engineered Ru@Co3O4 nanosheets precisely anchor Ru nanoclusters on the Co3O4 (111) facets, optimizing the hydrogen‐bond network of interfacial water and downshifting the Ru d‐band center. To investigate the effects of different processing methods of Sojae Semen Praeparartum (SSP) on constipation, we prepared SSP through fermentation using Rhizopus chinensis and Bacillus sp. DU‐106 as starter cultures, and examined its laxative effects and mechanisms in loperamide‐induced constipated Sprague‐Dawley (SD) rats.
