Abstract Online learning, despite its growing popularity for its comparatively effortless access and convenience, has its respective sets of challenges. High rates of dropout, often linked to the solitary nature of online learning and difficulties with self‐regulated learning, underscore the need for well‐planned emotional support measures.

The Early Development of the Blue‐Eye Cichlid, Cryptoheros spilurus (Cichliformes: Cichlidae)
We document the early development of Cryptoheros spilurus, highlighting rapid cranial differentiation, sensory organ formation, and fin development. Ontogenetic allometry and ultrastructural traits reveal functional adaptations for early foraging and locomotion, offering insights into ecological success and the developmental basis of cichlid ...

Proteolytic Regulation of CtrA, the Master Regulator of Cell Cycle in Caulobacter crescentus
Cell cycle progression in Caulobacter crescentus depends on the master regulator, CtrA. During the transition from swarmer to stalk cell (G1 to S phase), CtrA is degraded by the AAA+ protease ClpXP and levels rise again in the predivisional stage.

The enzyme coproporphyrinogen III oxidase plastid related 1 (CPOP1) creates a low‐oxygen nodule environment for nitrogen fixation within nodules of Lotus japonicus. CPOP1 makes heme, which helps control oxygen, and acts in infected cells; its knockout raises oxygen levels, suppresses nitrogen‐fixing enzyme activity, and halts nitrogen fixation ...

CtrA Controls Cell Division and Outer Membrane Composition of the Pathogen Brucella abortus
Brucella abortus is a pathogen infecting cattle, able to survive, traffic, and proliferate inside host cells. It belongs to the Alphaproteobacteria, a phylogenetic group comprising bacteria with free living, symbiotic, and pathogenic lifestyles.
