Coacervate‐Mediated Lysosome‐Targeting Antibody Delivery for Protein Degradation
Targeting coacervates to the lysosome in the cytoplasm is a challenge. Here, we convert a tetrapeptide into lysosome‐targeting, membrane‐translocating coacervates. The lysosome‐sorting peptide coacervates facilitate coacervate‐mediated delivery of antibody antigen complexes and a PROTAC compound to the lysosome for the targeted degradation of cancer ...

Nanomaterial‐Mediated Near‐Infrared Photothermal Neuromodulation for Neurologic Disorders
This review summarizes how near‐infrared light activates photothermal nanomaterials to enable noninvasive neuromodulation with high spatiotemporal precision. It elucidates the underlying mechanisms, explores targeted therapeutic applications for neurological disorders, discusses integration with optogenetics and biosensors, and addresses future ...

Identification of Natural Compounds as CTX-M-15 Inhibitors for the Management of Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria: An in-silico study [PDF]
Background: Antibiotic resistance is a major global threat to the efficacy of bacterial infection treatment. Resistance to beta-lactam antibiotics in bacteria is primarily caused by the production of extended-spectrum-lactamases, with the CTX-M variant ...

Romosozumab and Denosumab Combination Therapy After Denosumab in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
Objective Transition from long‐term denosumab (Dmab) to parathyroid hormone‐analogs or romosozumab (Romo) might expose patients to the risk of the so‐called rebound phenomenon. Adding Romo to Dmab might represent an option in patients experiencing a fracture while on Dmab.

Lymph node dissection during cystectomy for non‐muscle‐invasive bladder cancer: A systematic review
Abstract Background and objective Radical cystectomy (RC) is standard for muscle‐invasive disease (MIBC) and utilised frequently in high‐risk non‐muscle‐invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Pelvic lymph node dissection (PLND) is routinely performed during RC for MIBC, demonstrating a survival benefit. However, the oncologic value in NMIBC remains uncertain.

ABSTRACT Low energy availability (LEA) may impact multiple biological processes, but the extent to which it affects exercise performance, and whether macronutrient composition modulates this, remains unclear. This randomised crossover trial investigated the influence of three dietary conditions with varying energy and protein availabilities on ...
