Support‐Controlled Reaction Pathways via Dynamic Sulfur‐Mediated Interfaces for Selective Urea Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Sulfur‐doped graphitized carbon nanofibers act as adaptive catalyst–support platforms, enabling dynamic sulfur‐mediated reconstruction and strong metal–support interactions. This unique behavior enhances catalyst stability and controls reaction pathways, achieving highly selective urea oxidation (∼92% N2) coupled with efficient hydrogen evolution ...

Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of the Cu-1.5Ti-(0.5Fe) alloys

open access: yesJournal of Materials Research and Technology
Compression tests of the Cu-1.5Ti and Cu-1.5Ti-0.5Fe alloys were carried out using the Gleeble-1500D hot deformation simulator. The deformation temperature was 750–900 °C and the strain rate was 0.1–0.003 s−1.

Microstructure and properties of W-Cu/1Cr18Ni9 steel brazed joint with different Ni-based filler metals

open access: yesScience and Engineering of Composite Materials, 2018
W-Cu alloy and 1Cr18Ni9 steel were brazed with NiCrSiBFeTi and NiMnSiCuZr filler metals in a vacuum furnace. The main microstructure of the NiCrSiBFeTi brazing seam region was a Ni-based solid solution of W, Cu, Cr, and Fe dissolved in the Ni phase and ...

Graphene Quantum Dot‐Induced Microstrain for Framework Stabilization of High‐Entropy Prussian Blue Analog in High‐Current Alkaline Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The intrinsic distortion‐rich lattice of HEPBA with GQD‐enabled microstrain engineering establishes a mechanistic route toward high‐performance alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction. HEPBA inherently feature heterogeneous local coordination environments arising from multimetal incorporation, while properly introducing GQD during coprecipitation ...

The microstructure and magnetic properties of nano-scale Fe magnetic particles precipitated in a Cu–Fe alloy

open access: yes, 2010
The evolution of nano-scale Fe particles precipitated in a Cu – Fe alloy has been examined from the viewpoint of the relationship between the microstructure and magnetic properties, using conventional, high-resolution and Lorentz electron microscopy, and
