Cultivo in vitro de tejidos de tres especies de Stylosanthes (Leguminosae) [PDF]

Des plantes de Stylosanthes macrosoma sont regenerees a partir de folioles cultivees in vitro. Des cals se forment a partir des explants sur milieu de Murashige & Skoog (MS) + 1 mg/l ANA + 2 mg/l de 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP). On obtient des tigelles par transfert de fragments de cal sur milieu MS + 0,01 mg/l ANA + 2 mg/l BAP.
