Circuit implementation of current conveyor

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1980
Some circuits for the design of current conveyors are reported. The new configurations use a minimum number of operational amplifiers. Experimental data on their performance is compared with other realisations.

Research on Resistive Switching Mechanism of SnO2/SnS2 Based Heterojunction Memory Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work fabricates SnO2/SnS2 RRAM using (NH4)4Sn2S6, achieving 224 pJ set energy at 0.4 V with >1000‐cycle stability and 4 × 104 s retention. XPS/SEM/AFM‐validated interfacial engineering enables uniform switching, advancing low‐power neuromorphic memory development.

Current-mode Biquadratic Universal Filter Design with Two Terminal Unity Gain Cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
A grounded parallel lossy active inductor and two current-mode (CM) universal filters are presented in this paper. All the circuits use two voltage followers (VFs) and a current follower (CF).

Performance analysis of current conveyors

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1989
A current conveyor equivalent model is presented that is suitable for use with computer-aided analysis and design. The model has been used to predict the high-frequency behaviour of a conveyor arranged as a feedback voltage amplifier exhibiting nearly constant bandwidth.

In Situ Electrostatic Charge‐Assisted Wetting for Enhancing Interfacial Strength of Printed Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study introduces an in situ electrostatic charge‐assisted wetting method to enhance the interfacial strength of aerosol jet printing. By depositing negative charges on the substrate, the technique improves ink wetting and interfacial properties, achieving up to 85.6% higher interfacial shear strength.

Inverter-Based Low-Voltage CCII- Design and Its Filter Application [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper presents a negative type second-generation current conveyor (CCII-). It is based on an inverter-based low-voltage error amplifier, and a negative current mirror. The CCII- could be operated in a very low supply voltage such as ±0.5V.

Materials Design Principles for Large Memory Windows: Coercive Voltage Engineering in Ferroelectric– Dielectric Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Coercive voltage enhancement in hafnia‐based ferroelectric–dielectric heterostructures is shown to originate from leakage‐governed voltage division between the ferroelectric and dielectric layers. Through experiments, circuit modeling, and defect‐based simulations, a universal framework is established to engineer large memory windows without altering ...

High-performance current conveyor implementation

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1984
Wideband precision current conveyor performance can be obtained by adapting an approach previously developed for current convertors. The proposed circuit implementation of a CCII+ current conveyor significantly exceeds the performance of all previous conveyor circuit formulations and is also more suitable for monolithic fabrication.
