Current drive efficiency in synchrotron radiation
Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion, 1989A rigorous computation of the current drive efficiency for omega >3 omega c is presented and the results are compared with the asymptotic formula obtained for omega / omega c>>1.

Current challenges for efficient electricity grids
Poiesis & Praxis, 2009The comprehensive liberalisation of the electricity market at the end of the last century has initiated a dynamic development. The politically determined disjunction of the network operation from generation, commerce and distribution which broke open the value added chain concerning the business organisation is to induce competition and consequently ...

Bipolar Electrodes with 100% Current Efficiency for Sensors
ACS Sensors, 2017A bipolar electrode (BPE) is an electron conductor that is embedded in the electrolyte solution without the direct connection with the external power source (driving electrode). When the sufficient voltage was provided, the two poles of BPE promote different oxidation and reduction reactions.

Current efficiency and the efficiency of initiation during electrochemical polymerization
Polymer Science U.S.S.R., 1980Abstract To study electrochemical initiation of polymerization, the relation was examined between the efficiency of initiation ƒ, current efficiency, polymer molecular weight and mass. Using results dependences were determined of ƒ on current density, time of electrolysis and monomer concentration when forming a polymer coating as a result of ...

Current Efficiencies in Localized Corrosion Cells
Corrosion, 1993The overall current efficiency of the corrosion of type 304 (UNS S30400) stainless steel undergoing pitting and crevice corrosion has been measured as a function of applied potential. At all potentials noble to the hydrogen redox potential, pitting was characterized by a current efficiency of 100%.
