A flexible current‐mode classifier circuit and its applications [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 2011
AbstractIn this paper a new CMOS classifier circuit is presented, simulated, and compared with other recently introduced circuits. The proposed CMOS circuit operates in current‐mode and can classify several types of data. The architecture is designed using two threshold circuits and a subtraction circuit.

Near-Threshold Computing and Minimum Supply Voltage of Single-Rail MCML Circuits

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2014
In high-speed applications, MOS current mode logic (MCML) is a good alternative. Scaling down supply voltage of the MCML circuits can achieve low power-delay product (PDP). However, the current almost all MCML circuits are realized with dual-rail scheme,

Current-mode CMOS quaternary mutiplier circuit

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1995
A new current-mode CMOS quaternary multiplier circuit is presented. This circuit accepts two 4-valued input currents and a 3-valued CARRY input current and generates a 4-valued SUM output current and a 3-valued CARRY output current. It uses 49 MOS transistors and generates the product in approximately 10 mu s, worst case, in simulations. >
