Peak Current Control in Discontinuous Conduction Mode of Boost PFC
Peak current control is widely used in Boost power factor correction( PFC) converter, but mainly used in continuous conduction mode (CCM). Since the sinusoidal peak fitting curve is used in the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), the average curve of a ...

Current Inverter in the Sliding Mode for Induction Motor Control
Abstract This paper presents a method for realizing motor set currents using voltage inverter with fixed DC link voltage. Certain algorithms for AC motor speed control are based on use of stator currents as control actions to the motor. Realization of such currents presents a difficult problem since classical current inverters cannot meet high ...

Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.

Current Accurate Calculation of PMSM Based on MTPA Control Mode
To improve the current accurate calculation of PMSM based on MTPA control mode, the classic mathematical formulawas analyzed and the cause of calculation error was found, that is, for the interior PMSM, parameter Ld almost does not change with theid ...

Discerning protein pools by selective staining with self‐labeling tags
Cell surface proteins have an intra‐ and extracellular pool. Combining genetic fusion to self‐labeling tags that can be addressed with small molecule fluorophores allows separating these pools. We highlight recent developments and techniques for state‐of‐the‐art interrogation of cell surface proteins in the complex tissue setting.

Integral Sliding Mode Controller for PMSM Single Current Flux-Weakening Control
An improved sliding mode speed controller was presented for flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) based on single current regulation algorithm, to improve the controllability of the speed of the single current regulator ...

Animals must match their growth rate to available nutrients. We show that in Drosophila larvae, the nutrient‐sensing TOR kinase controls growth by regulating levels of TFAM, a key regulator of mitochondrial function, in the adipose tissue. When nutrients are abundant, high TOR activity suppresses TFAM, lowering mitochondrial bioenergetic activity and ...

A Novel Mixed‐Mode Current‐Controlled Current‐Conveyor‐Based Filter
A new mixed‐mode biquad circuit is presented. The circuit uses four dual‐output second‐generation currentcontrolled current‐conveyors (DOCCCIIs) and two grounded capacitors and can realize lowpass, highpass, bandpass and notch responses from the same topology. The circuit can be driven by voltage or current and its output can be voltage or current. The

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using
