High Accuracy Open-Type Current Sensor with a Differential Planar Hall Resistive Sensor
In this paper, we propose a high accuracy open-type current sensor with a differential Planar Hall Resistive (PHR) sensor. Conventional open-type current sensors with magnetic sensors are usually vulnerable to interference from an external magnetic field.

Current Trends on Green Wireless Sensor Networks [PDF]
The issue of energy balancing in Wireless Sensor Networks is a pivotal one, crucial in their deployment. This problem can be subdivided in three areas: (i) energy conservation techniques, usually implying minimizing the cost of communication at the nodes since it is known that the radio is the biggest consumer of the available energy; (ii) energy ...

A High-Sensitivity Current Sensor Utilizing CrNi Wire and Microfiber Coils
We obtain an extremely high current sensitivity by wrapping a section of microfiber on a thin-diameter chromium-nickel wire. Our detected current sensitivity is as high as 220.65 nm/A2 for a structure length of only 35 μm.

Current energetic particle sensors [PDF]
AbstractSeveral energetic particle sensors designed to make measurements in the current decade are described and their technology and capabilities discussed and demonstrated. Most of these instruments are already on orbit or approaching launch. These include the Magnetic Electron Ion Spectrometers (MagEIS) and the Relativistic Electron Proton Telescope

A silicon Hall sensor SoC for current sensors
Abstract In this paper we present a System on Chip (SoC) that implements a Hall Effect Sensor along with its readout circuits and calibration support. The sensor is designed for use in Hall effect based current sensors. The SoC was implemented in 0.18u CMOS technology and integrates Hall sense elements, preamplifiers as well as a delta sigma ADC, a ...
