Scalable Lithium Niobate Nanoimprinting for Nonlinear Metalenses
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A broadband polycrystalline lithium niobate platform is developed for highly versatile and scalable fabrication of nonlinear metasurfaces. This work demonstrates simultaneous second harmonic generation and wavefront‐shaping via a metalens on this platform.
