HfxZr1−xO2${\rm Hf}_x{\rm Zr}_{1-x}{\rm O}_2$ offers CMOS‐compatible nanoscale ferroelectricity yet suffers from a high Ec${\rm E}_c$ demanding large operating voltages. A unified phase‐field framework spanning AFE/FE/DE phases shows how FE grains soften neighboring AFE grains over λ$\lambda$ ≈$\approx$ 22–37 nm.

Pressure‐Assisted Dimensional Transformation of 2D Hydrogenated Borophene into 0D Boron Quantum Dots
Hydrogenated borophene (HB) is transformed into distinct boron nanostructures through a solvent‐free thermal process. Under flowing nitrogen, hydrogen escape promotes reconstruction into B2O3 nanoplatelets, whereas hydrogen‐induced pressure under sealed conditions facilitates fragmentation into boron quantum dots.

Slope of Cusp Forms and Theta Series
It is proved that the theta series of degree 3 for extremal even unimodular lattices of rank 32 and 48 are unique, whereas for ranks 56 and 72 their difference is a multiple of a certain cusp form. For rank 40, if two extremal theta series are equal in degree 2, then in degree 3 their difference is a multiple of a certain cusp form. For ranks 32 and 48

Photo‐Degradable Polyester Networks and Multi‐Photon Printed Objects Based on Cyclic Ketene Acetals
The current work introduces a photoreversible polyester network derived from radical ring‐opening polymerization of cyclic ketene acetals. It combines photoreversible cross‐linking with initiator‐free multi‐photon printing. Reversible network formation, tunable mechanical properties, and selective degradation highlight its potential as a versatile ...

Atomically dispersed Ni–S4 sites on CdS nanorods induce interfacial charge polarization, directing photogenerated electrons to H2 evolution and holes to selective ester‐bond cleavage of poly(lactic acid). Without sacrificial reagents, this charge‐coupled system produces lactate while suppressing overoxidation, achieving an H2 evolution rate of 41.74 ...
