Cusp forms of weight 3/2 [PDF]

open access: yesNagoya Mathematical Journal, 1980
In this paper we deal with the problem (C) in § 4 of [4]. Let Ik be the Shimura mapping in [4] of Sk(4N, χ) into k-1(N′ χ2) (see p. 458). The problem (C) can be stated as follows: I3(f) is a cusp form if and only if ‹f, h› = 0 for all h ∈ U, where U is the vector space spanned by every theta series of S3(4N, χ) associated with some Dirichlet character.

Thalamo‐Lesional Connectivity Signatures of Bilateral Tonic–Clonic Seizures in Focal Cortical Dysplasia‐Related Epilepsy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives Focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) is the most common etiology of drug‐resistant epilepsy in children. Focal to bilateral tonic–clonic seizures (FBTCS) mark a high risk of drug‐resistant epilepsy and involve thalamocortical circuitry in their generation and propagation.

Employment Trajectories of Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Factors Driving Transitions Between States

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) significantly impacts employment capacity. This study aimed to investigate the impact of burden of disease activity, damage, and treatment on employment outcomes and transitions in patients with SLE. Methods Using data from a single center, we analyzed employment transitions, adjusted mean disease activity ...

What Do Large Language Models Know About Materials?

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
If large language models (LLMs) are to be used inside the material discovery and engineering process, they must be benchmarked for the accurateness of intrinsic material knowledge. The current work introduces 1) a reasoning process through the processing–structure–property–performance chain and 2) a tool for benchmarking knowledge of LLMs concerning ...

Hecke operators on Drinfeld cusp forms

open access: yesJournal of Number Theory, 2008
In this paper, we study the Drinfeld cusp forms for $Γ_1(T)$ and $Γ(T)$ using Teitelbaum's interpretation as harmonic cocycles. We obtain explicit eigenvalues of Hecke operators associated to degree one prime ideals acting on the cusp forms for $Γ_1(T)$ of small weights and conclude that these Hecke operators are simultaneously diagonalizable.

NFDI MatWerk Ontology (MWO): A BFO‐Compliant Ontology for Research Data Management in Materials Science and Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents the NFDI‐MatWerk Ontology (MWO), a Basic Formal Ontology‐based framework for interoperable research data management in materials science and engineering (MSE). Covering consortium structures, research data management resources, services, and instruments, MWO enables semantic integration, Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and ...

Is an Apple an Orange? A Large Language Model Benchmark for Candidate Term Extraction and Subclass Decisions Against Upper Ontologies in Engineering and Materials Science

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Building machine‐readable vocabularies for materials science is slow, expert‐driven work. This study benchmarks 13 large language models on two of its first steps: finding candidate terms in engineering articles and deciding where they belong in a class hierarchy.

Occlusal morphology of mandibular second molars in Iranian adolescents

open access: yesIndian Journal of Dental Research, 2010
Context: During human evolution, the morphology of mandibular molar occlusal surface has changed from pattern "y" to pattern "+". Six types of occlusal patterns were classified as: +4, 4-y,+5, 5-y,+6 and 6-y.

Master integrals for the four-loop Sudakov form factor

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2016
The light-like cusp anomalous dimension is a universal function in the analysis of infrared divergences. In maximally (N=4) supersymmetric Yang–Mills theory (SYM) in the planar limit, it is known, in principle, to all loop orders.
