Pinching Sudakov

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
In this paper, we discuss the factorization of the Sudakov form factor on the Coulomb branch of maximally supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in the near mass-shell limit.

DigiChrom: A Domain Ontology for Semantic Representation of Trivalent Chromium Platings and Its Large Language Model‐Based Alignment With Multiple Mid‐Level Ontologies

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Digitalizing electroplating requires both domain knowledge and interoperability. This work introduces PlatOn, a domain ontology for trivalent chromium plating and coating characterization, and a hybrid pipeline that aligns it to a mid‐level reference ontology by combining eight similarity metrics with language model reasoning. Expert‐validated mappings

Higher-loop integrated negative geometries in ABJM

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
In the three-dimensional $$\mathcal{N}$$ = 6 Chern-Simons matter (ABJM) theory, the integrand for the logarithm of the scattering amplitude admits a decomposition in terms of negative geometries, which implies that all the infrared divergences ...

Equivariant smoothing of cusp singularities

open access: yes, 2023
We generalize Looijenga's conjecture for smoothing surface cusp singularities to the equivariant setting. Moreover, we prove that for any cusp singularity which admits a one-parameter smoothing, the smoothing can always be induced by smoothing of locally complete intersection cusps. The result provides evidence for the existence of the moduli stack of $

Tjurina and Milnor numbers of matrix singularities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
To gain understanding of the deformations of determinants and Pfaffians resulting from deformations of matrices, the deformation theory of composites f ◦ F with isolated singularities is studied, where f : Y −→C is a function with (possibly non-isolated)

From Food to Power: Hydrogel Thermoelectrics for Ingestible Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We introduce a fully edible thermoelectric–electrochromic platform that harvests heat from food and converts it into a visible color change. N‐type and p‐type hydrogel thermoelectric generators connected in series power anthocyanin‐based electrochromic displays, demonstrating the feasibility of safe, biodegradable, ingestible systems for on‐food ...

Pressure‐Assisted Dimensional Transformation of 2D Hydrogenated Borophene into 0D Boron Quantum Dots

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Hydrogenated borophene (HB) is transformed into distinct boron nanostructures through a solvent‐free thermal process. Under flowing nitrogen, hydrogen escape promotes reconstruction into B2O3 nanoplatelets, whereas hydrogen‐induced pressure under sealed conditions facilitates fragmentation into boron quantum dots.

Spontaneous quantization of the Yang–Mills gradient flow

open access: yesNuclear Physics B
We formulate a nonsingular loop–space calculus for the Yang–Mills (YM) gradient flow directly in terms of Wilson loop functionals, rather than the underlying gauge fields.
