Non-syndromic multiple talon cusps in siblings
Talon′s cusp is an anomalous structure that projects palatally from the cingulum areas of maxillary or mandibular anterior teeth. This dental anomaly may pose several pathological, functional and esthetic problems.

Prevalence and characteristics of talon cusps in Turkish population
Background: Talon cusp is a rare dental anomaly characterized by a cusp-like projection, often including the palatal surface of the affected tooth. The aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence and characteristics of talon cusps in a ...

Talon cusps in mandibular incisors: Report of eight rare cases
Talon cusps in mandibular anterior teeth are very rare. Talon cusps in mandibular anterior teeth associated with other anomalies are even rarer and that a bilateral case in the mandible has not been reported before.

Cusps, Kleinian groups, and Eisenstein series
We study the Eisenstein series associated to the full rank cusps in a complete hyperbolic manifold. We show that given a Kleinian group $\Gamma

Rational cuspidal curves with four cusps on Hirzebruch surfaces
The purpose of this article is to shed light on the question of how many and what kind of cusps a rational cuspidal curve on a Hirzebruch surface can have.

AbstractWe study a construction, which produces surfaces Y ⊂ ℙ3(ℂ) with cusps. For example we obtain surfaces of degree six with 18, 24 or 27 three‐divisible cusps. For sextics in a particular family of surfaces with up to 30 cusps the codes of these sets of cusps are determined explicitly. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

Unfolding the Cusp-Cusp Bifurcation of Planar Endomorphisms [PDF]
In many applications of practical interest, for example, in control theory, economics, electronics, and neural networks, the dynamics of the system under consideration can be modeled by an endomorphism, which is a discrete smooth map that does not have a uniquely defined inverse; one also speaks simply of a noninvertible map.

We consider simple cusp algebras, that is certain subalgebras of the algebra of holomorphic functions on a disk that are annihilated by some distributions living on a singleton. We determine when these algebras can be holized in two dimensions, and when these holizations are globally biholomorphic.
