The weakly‐solvating TFMSPyr electrolyte tailors the Li+ solvation structure by suppressing solvent coordination and promoting anion‐dominated solvation. This unique solvation environment induces preferential anion decomposition at electrode interfaces, forming robust inorganic rich S/CEI.

Enhanced Stability in Zero‐Excess Li‐Metal Batteries via Prelithiated Carbon Nanofiber Interlayers
Carbon nanofibers carbonized at 700°C show Li metal deposition predominantly on the side facing the Cu current collector. During delithiation, Li agglomerates remain as inactive lithium on the fiber surface. This behavior can be changed by a modified n‐Buli prelithiation without a washing step, suppressing dead Li formation and therefore enabling ...

Land Consolidation for Sub-Saharan Africa’s Customary Lands
This paper explores the potential of land consolidation for dealing with land fragmentation in Sub-Saharan Africa’s (SSA) rural customary lands – where the intention is to increase food productivity. In SSA’s customary lands, the use of mechanized farming technology and intensive farming techniques have largely failed to increase food productivity ...

PlantGFM: A Genomic Foundation Model for Discovery and Creation of Plant Genes
A plant genomic foundation model pre‐trained on 12 species enables both accurate gene prediction and de novo gene design. Through AI‐human knowledge screening, seven designed sequences showed transcriptional activity in plants, with two expressing stable proteins—demonstrating the first DNA‐RNA‐protein expression of LLM‐generated genes in plants and ...

Ionic Elastomer Interface for Low‐Pressure and Durable All‐Solid‐State Batteries
This work reports an ionically conductive elastomer that enables stable all‐solid‐state batteries(ASSBs)under low external pressure. The soft elastomeric matrix, integrated with a LiG3‐based conductive phase(lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide and triethylene glycol dimethyl ether), simultaneously delivers high ionic conductivity and mechanical ...

Alternative Dispute Resolution for Customary Land Through Customary Courts
The recognition of the customary rights of indigenous peoples is enshrined in the Basic Agrarian Law, specifically in Article 3 of the UUPA, which mandates that the implementation of these rights must align with national interests and not conflict with higher laws.

ABSTRACT In recent decades, agriculture has become increasingly concentrated through horizontal mergers and acquisitions via corporate entities, and policy makers are concerned this will be exacerbated by the aging population of farm operators. To reduce market concentration in agriculture, many states have enacted policies to entice new prospective ...
