Controlling Film Formation in Inkjet‐printed MAPbBr3 Through Graphene Incorporation for Enhanced Photodetection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work highlights the impact of incorporating graphene nanoflakes into precursor inks of MAPbBr3 for inkjet‐printed optoelectronic device applications. A substantial modification of the crystallization dynamics is reported despite miniscule concentrations.

Multiphoton‐Printed Microrobotic Arrays Powered by Discrete, Monolithically Integrated Hydrogel Actuators

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Functional surfaces are investigated as a foundation for reconfigurable microscale systems with sensing and actuation capabilities. Advances in additive manufacturing enable our development of planar arrays of hybrid‐material, compliant microdevices that convert environmental stimuli into programmed motion and visual responses.

Root‐Stimulated Movements in Mimosa Pudica for Biohybrid Robotic Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that thermal and electrical stimulation of Mimosa pudica root induces movement of the petiole and pinnules without direct stimulation of the aerial organs, thereby enabling a plant‐based robotic gripper and providing a foundation for the development of intelligent and sustainable systems.

ClO2 Prolongs the Vase Life of Paeonia lactiflora ‘Hushui Dangxia’ Cut Flowers by Inhibiting Bacterial Growth at the Stem Base

open access: yesHorticulturae
Rapid wilting after harvest greatly decreases the ornamental and economic value of fresh-cut flowers. To determine how chlorine dioxide (ClO2) affects postharvest flower quality, Paeonia lactiflora ‘Hushui Dangxia’ cut flowers in bottles were treated ...
