Some Effects of the Cutting Fluid on Cutting Force
Journal of the Japan Society of Precision Engineering, 1966 各種の組成を有する切削油剤を用いて, 切削油剤の潤滑効果と冷却効果が, 切削抵抗に及ぼす影響を調べた。超硬バイトによる車軸鋼の切削の場合につき, 普通鋼の高温における機械的性質の変化を考慮に入れて考察した。またそれらに関連して, 切削油剤の作用について, 定性的に一般的考察をした。1) 削り速度20m/min～40m/minにおいては, いずれの切削油剤も有効であるが, 中でも, 極圧潤滑性に富むものの方が, 冷却性に富むものより有効である。水だけでも明らかに切削抵抗を軽減する作用はあるが, その変動係数は比較的大きく, 特に, 削り速度20m/minの場合には, 乾切削の場合よりも大きい。2) 削り速度40m/min以上においては, 塩素系添加剤のものは効果を失い, かえって切削抵抗は高くなる ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.
