CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.

Pengaruh Pemotongan Dengan Dan Tanpa Cairan Pendingin Terhadap Daya Potong Pada Proses Turning [PDF]
In this study whether the effect of cuts without using coolant differ significantly by cutting use liquid cooling to the power cut. To get the effect these cuts do testing on a lathe with a cutting speed varied.

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Cutting Power during Milling of Thermally Modified Pine Wood
The paper presents experimental testing results of cutting power of thermally modified wood of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) during lengthwise milling. The process of heat treatment was performed in the atmosphere of superheated steam, at temperatures

Algorithms based on spectral graph cut objectives such as normalized cuts, ratio cuts and ratio association have become popular in recent years because they are widely applicable and simple to implement via standard eigenvector computations. Despite strong performance for a number of clustering tasks, spectral graph cut algorithms still suffer from ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Effect of cutting speed on cutting torque and cutting power of varying kenaf-stem diameters at different moisture contents [PDF]
This study focused on the development of an efficient cutting system for kenaf harvesters. Laboratory experiments were conducted on cutting kenaf stems of variety V36 using a rotary serrated cutting system. The Torque Trak 10k data acquisition system was
