Progress Towards the Tomato Fruit Cell Wall Proteome

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science, 2013
The plant cell wall (CW) compartment, or apoplast, is host to a highly dynamic proteome, comprising large numbers of both enzymatic and structural proteins. This reflects its importance as the interface between adjacent cells and the external environment,

Numerical and Theoretical Study of Tunable Plasmonically Induced Transparency Effect Based on Bright–Dark Mode Coupling in Graphene Metasurface

open access: yesNanomaterials, 2020
In this paper, we numerically and theoretically study the tunable plasmonically induced transparency (PIT) effect based on the graphene metasurface structure consisting of a graphene cut wire (CW) resonator and double split-ring resonators (SRRs) in the ...

MIXED SERRE FIBRATION

open access: yesWasit Journal for Pure Sciences, 2022
-In this paper we introduce and study new concept the mixed Serre fibration (M-Serre fibration) on CW-complex space, and Mixed path lifting property (by short M-PLP).

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Machine learning and explainable AI for predicting antibiotics removal in constructed Wetlands: Key factors and management implications

open access: yesWater Resources and Industry
Antibiotics are increasingly detected in aquatic environments due to continuous inputs from human and veterinary sources. Constructed wetlands (CWs) are a low-cost and sustainable treatment option for antibiotics, but developing CWs for maximizing their ...

Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. ABSTRACT Moiré superlattices formed at the interfaces

Numerical solutions of rotational normal modes of a triaxial two-layered anelastic Earth

open access: yesGeodesy and Geodynamics, 2019
The Earth's rotational normal modes depend on Earth model used, including the layer structures, principal inertia moments of different layers and the compliances.

Simultaneous Enhancement of Performance and Stability in Dual‐Gate a‐IGZO Thin‐Film Transistors via Single‐Step Laser Annealing for Capacitor‐Less DRAM

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A single‐step laser annealing strategy is presented for dual‐gate a‐IGZO TFTs. The steep thermal gradient induces graded oxygen doping in the channel and simultaneous WOx removal at the contacts, enabling concurrent interface and contact engineering.

Plant Cell Walls Tackling Climate Change: Biotechnological Strategies to Improve Crop Adaptations and Photosynthesis in Response to Global Warming

open access: yesPlants, 2020
Plant cell wall (CW) is a complex and intricate structure that performs several functions throughout the plant life cycle. The CW of plants is critical to the maintenance of cells’ structural integrity by resisting internal hydrostatic pressures ...

Noise‐Limited Bit Precision in Ferroelectric Synaptic Transistors for High‐Resolution Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐frequency noise spectroscopy defines the resolvable conductance states of synaptic FeFETs by coupling read‐current fluctuation with usable dynamic range. The resulting noise‐limited bit precision establishes a universal, device‐agnostic reliability metric beyond the memory window, enabling quantitative benchmarking and rational design of high ...
