Systematic overview of pyrazole functionalization reactions from C‐5 to N−H. It covers different strategies, from traditional cross‐coupling of prefunctionalized pyrazoles to more efficient direct functionalizations. This review briefly and systematically overviews C–H and N–H functionalization reactions of pyrazoles, aimed at creating new CC and C ...

Synthesis of 4H-Benzo[e][1,3]oxazin-4-ones by a Carbonylation–Cyclization Domino Reaction of ortho-Halophenols and Cyanamide [PDF]
A mild and convenient one-step preparation of 4H-1,3-benzoxazin-4-ones by a domino carbonylation–cyclization process is developed. Readily available ortho-iodophenols are subjected to palladium-catalyzed carbonylative coupling with Mo(CO)6 and cyanamide,

Synthesis and Characterization of the Ternary Carbodiimide Na2Hf(NCN)3
The ternary carbodiimide Na2Hf(NCN)3, synthesized through solid‐state metathesis, crystallizes in a low‐symmetry variant of the [NiAs]‐type structure, featuring alternating layers of bent carbodiimide units and metal cations. As experimentally observed and due to electrostatic considerations, the R3¯c space group was found to be favored over the Pnna ...

Abstract The primary objective is to critically analyze approaches to local therapy for periodontal disease, particularly in light of its well‐established systemic implications. We specifically address common misconceptions and overestimations regarding the potential of local treatments in contrast to their actual clinical effectiveness.
