Structural design and property regulation of organic polymers for photocatalytic synthesis of H2O2

open access: yesInfoScience, EarlyView.
Photocatalytic synthesis of H2O2 offers a sustainable approach. Photocatalytic efficiency depends critically on interfacial electron transfer kinetics and spatial charge separation. Herein, we systematically analyze key factors governing photogenerated carrier dynamics and propose engineered strategies to optimize performance, thereby providing design ...

1-Tosyl-6-vinyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-benzo [d] imidazole-2-amine

open access: yesMolbank, 2021
The alkene functionalised 2-aminobenzimidazole ring found in terrazoanthine natural products was synthesized in 3 steps from 1,2-epoxy-4-vinylcyclohexane via epoxide ring opening with toluenesulphonamide yielding 2 regioisomeric, separable amino alcohols.

A Critical Review of Limitations and Challenges in Advancement of HNF as a Green Oxidizer for Composite Solid Propellant Formulations

open access: yesPropellants, Explosives, Pyrotechnics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Hydrazinium nitroformate (HNF) is a chlorine‐free, high‐energy oxidizer with promising applications in green propulsion systems. This review examines the thermal decomposition, combustion kinetics, flame structure, and behavior of HNF, while critically evaluating the current body of literature.

Measures to prevent foam formation in the anaerobic digestion of sugar beet in biogas plants

open access: yesLandtechnik, 2017
The occurrence of persistent foaming is observed in many anaerobic digesters that have sugar beet as their feedstock. The formation of foam entails a significant risk of damage to biogas plants, as gas pipes can become blocked.

Nitridogermanates(IV): The Germanide Oxide Sr15Ge[GeN4]3O, the Carbodiimide Ba5[GeN4][CN2] and the Oxidonitridogermanate Sr6[Ge2N6O]

open access: yesZeitschrift für anorganische und allgemeine Chemie, Accepted Article.
We have encountered various novel compounds by serendipity, due to small oxygen or carbon impurities, during our explorative studies to explore the crystal chemistry of multinary germanium nitrides and nitridogermanates. With oxygen in a closed reaction container both the germanide nitridogermanate(IV) oxide Sr15Ge[GeN4]3O and the ...

Decomposition of cyanamide and dicyanodiamide in the soil [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Agricultural Science, 1919
The present investigation was undertaken to study the decomposition of cyanamide and dicyanodiamide in the soil and their specific action on plant growth. Their close chemical relationship necessitated a comparison of their respective behaviour in the soil. Dicyanodiamide is a polymer of cyanamide to which the formula C2H4N4 is assigned.

A Tale of Two Cases and a Story Yet Untold: Access to Justice and Legal Advice under the Civil Limb of Article 6 ECHR

open access: yesThe Modern Law Review, Volume 88, Issue 3, Page 527-556, May 2025.
The proposition that universal access to justice should be a guiding aim of any system of law is, today, commonly recognised. Less clear, however, is what the implementation of this principle should entail in practice if a party cannot afford legal assistance.
