Forecasting Inflation Based on Hybrid Integration of the Riemann Zeta Function and the FPAS Model (FPAS + ζ): Cyclical Flexibility, Socio-Economic Challenges and Shocks, and Comparative Analysis of Models [PDF]

open access: yesSocioEconomic Challenges
Inflation forecasting is one of the main socio-economic challenges in modern macroeconomic modeling, especially when cyclical, structural, and shock factors act simultaneously in the system. Traditional forecasting systems, such as Forecasting and Policy

Tensor Constructions of Open String Theories I: Foundations

open access: yes, 1997
The possible tensor constructions of open string theories are analyzed from first principles. To this end the algebraic framework of open string field theory is clarified, including the role of the homotopy associative A_\infty algebra, the odd ...

Identifying transcription factors controlling the basal expression of human MRP4 highlights a substantial role for Sp1

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.

Cyclicity in $\ell^p$ spaces and zero sets of the Fourier transforms

open access: yes, 2018
We study the cyclicity of vectors $u$ in $\ell^p(\mathbb{Z})$. It is known that a vector $u$ is cyclic in $\ell^2(\mathbb{Z})$ if and only if the zero set, $\mathcal{Z}(\widehat{u})$, of its Fourier transform, $\widehat{u}$, has Lebesgue measure zero and

Cyclic AMP

open access: yesAnnals of Surgery, 1976
Cyclic AMP is believed to be the intracellular agent which mediates the action of many hormones on their target cell. The mechanisms by which the nucleotide controls glycogen metabolism in liver and skeletal muscle seem to be firmly established. Data relevant to this area of research are selectively reviewed.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

On integrability and cyclicity of cubic systems

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2020
In this paper we study the integrability of a few families of the complex cubic system. We have obtained necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of a local analytic first integral.

Inference of Field-Sensitive Reachability and Cyclicity

open access: yes, 2014
In heap-based languages, knowing that a variable x points to an acyclic data structure is useful for analyzing termination: this information guarantees that the depth of the data structure to which x points is greater than the depth of the structure ...

Cyclic azapeptide CD36 ligand attenuates cardiac injury and reduces long‐chain fatty acid accumulation after myocardial ischemia–reperfusion in mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.
