The Role of Hydrogen Spillover on Ru/MoO3 in the Hydrodeoxygenation of Phenol as a Lignin Model Compound

MoO3 is active for hydrodeoxygenation of phenol at high temperatures. Ru/MoO3 gives high conversions and selectivities at lower temperature. Comprehensive Characterization of Key Flavor‐Active Compounds in Chestnut Liquors Using Complementary HS–SPME–GC–MS and HS–GC–IMS Approaches

Volatile compounds in chestnut liquors and traditional Baijiu are profiled using HS‐GC‐IMS, HS‐SPME‐GC‐MS, and quantitative sensory evaluation. Esters, particularly ethyl hexanoate, ethyl pentanoate, and ethyl octanoate, are identified as key aroma contributors with intense fruity notes.

Depletion of Microglia Increases Cortical Oligodendrocyte Density During Remyelination

Cuprizone demyelination induces transient reactive states in deep cortical microglia (MG) through early recovery. Depleting MG in recovery increases the number of deep cortical mature/pre‐myelinating oligodendrocytes. Deep cortical reactive MG reduce oligodendrocyte density after demyelination.
