Supported Single‐Atom Manganese Catalysts for the Trimerization of Ethylene
We explore Mn‐catalyzed ethylene oligomerization via oxidative cyclization. Density functional theory (DFT) predicts Mn/LiTiO₂ exhibits enhanced catalytic performance due to electronic modulation, which experimental validation confirms with higher conversion and hexene selectivity.

Iridium-Catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation : A: Studies on the synthesis of pyrazine-based P,N Ligands, B: Diastereoselective hydrogenation of chiral cyclohexenes [PDF]
The synthesis of a new ligand class of pyrazine based ligands and their attempted complexation with iridium to form dimeric complexes is presented. Furthermore, the synthesis of chiral cyclohexenes by enantioselective Diels-Alder reactions is shown ...

Group I tert‐Amylates: A Comparative Study in Hydrophosphination Reactions
A comparative study of group I tert‐amylate precatalysts for hydrophosphination demonstrates increasing reactivity down the group to the first examples of rubidium and cesium in this reaction. Catalytic activity with lighter and more abundant elements, typified by potassium, can be enhanced with a crown ether, demonstrating the importance of ion ...

Metal-organic frameworks as selective or chiral oxidation catalysts [PDF]
Since the discovery of Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) in the early 1990s, the amount of new structures has grown exponentially. A MOF typically consists of inorganic nodes that are connected by organic linkers to form crystalline, highly porous ...

Highly Acyclic Selective Cobalt Catalysts for Butadiene Dimerization
A series of 11 cobalt(II) complexes were prepared and optimised for the linear selective dimerisation of butadiene to give 5‐methyl‐1,3,6‐heptatriene as the major product. The catalysts operated under mild reaction conditions, gave good reactivity and did not require the use of organometallic activators.

Development of an Efficient Stereoretentive Para‐Claisen‐Cope Rearrangement
The stereoretentive para‐Claisen‐Cope rearrangement enabled by Europium catalysis is presented, achieving precise phenol functionalization with exceptional chirality transfer under air‐ and moisture‐tolerant conditions. A novel carbonate unlocks superior enantioselectivity in the Tsuji‐Trost allylic alkylation, paving the way for highly enantioenriched

Mesoporous Silica‐Based Photocatalytic Materials for Solar Energy Storage and Utilization
ABSTRACT The efficient storage and application of sustainable solar energy has drawn significant attention from both academic and industrial points of view. However, most developed catalytic materials still suffer from insufficient mass diffusion and unsatisfactory durability due to the lack of interconnected and regulatable porosity.
