Discrete Applied Mathematics, 2013 AbstractIn this paper, we give explicit formulas for the number of cyclotomic orthomorphisms of Fq of index 3,4,5,6 for certain classes of prime powers q. We also give an explicit formula for the number of cyclotomic mappings of index 2 that are strong complete mappings of Fp for prime p.
