A precise Beam Dynamics model of the PSI Injector 2
The injector 2 at PSI is a 72 MeV separate sector cyclotron producing a high intensity proton beam up to 3 mA CW, which is subsequently injected to the 590 MeV Ring ...

Sub‐MeV Electron Precipitation Driven by EMIC Waves: New Insights From CIRBE/REPTile‐2 Measurements
Abstract Electromagnetic ion cyclotron (EMIC) waves are recognized as a key driver of relativistic (>1 MeV) electron loss in Earth's magnetosphere. Growing evidence also suggests that EMIC wave can efficiently scatter sub‐MeV electrons, although the precise energy range and the underlying physical mechanisms remain debated.

Beam stripping interactions in compact cyclotrons [PDF]
Beam stripping losses of H??? ion beams by interactions with residual gas and electromagnetic fields are evaluated. These processes play an important role in compact cyclotrons where the beam is produced on an internal ion source, and they operate ...

Multi‐Mode Deep Strong Coupling in a Multi Quantum Well Fabry–Perot Cavity
Multi‐mode deep‐strong coupling is demonstrated in a 166‐well heterostructure that acts as a Fabry–Perot cavity. Even cavity modes couple strongly to the cyclotron resonance, producing large vacuum Rabi splittings and a rich polaritonic spectrum captured by a full Hopfield model.

ABSTRACT To evaluate the comparative prognostic utility of next‐generation flow cytometry (NGF) and dual‐tracer PET/CT in measuring minimal residual disease (MRD), this prospective real‐world study enrolled 118 newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) patients. Patients underwent post‐treatment assessment using NGF (sensitivity 10−5) and dual‐tracer PET/

Boron‐10 carriers and their applications in boron neutron capture therapy
Summary of different types of boron drugs. Abstract Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) has emerged as a promising therapeutic modality in cancer treatment, demonstrating the ability to selectively eliminate cancer cells through the 10B(n,α)7Li nuclear reaction with minimal side effects on normal tissues.

Target Design for the ISODAR Neutrino Experiment
This paper focuses on the design of a high-intensity antineutrino source from the production and subsequent decay of 8Li. The Geant4 code is used to calculate the anti-neutrino flux that can be obtained along with the production of undesirable ...

Abstract The afternoon detached auroral arc is an important phenomenon in the subauroral region, reflecting coupling processes between the Earth's magnetosphere and ionosphere. Previous studies have not identified fine‐scale structures in such arcs, leaving the dynamics underlying their formation poorly understood.
