[Author abstract]Sesquiterpenoids in the tubers of three morphologically similar Cyperus species were compared. δ-Cadinene and α-copaena were the most abundant sesquiterpenoids in C. tuberosus. In C. bulbosus, caryophyllene oxide and humulene oxide were the main sesquiterpenes. These chemotypes were different from the chemotype of C.
