Case Report—An Unusual Presentation of Cervical Meningioma as a Carotid Body Mass Diagnosed by Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology [PDF]
We describe an unusual case of cervical meningioma presenting as a carotid body tumour. This case emphasises the importance of cytoradiologic correlation in lesions with atypical imaging findings; and the crucial role of fine needle aspiration cytology in accurately diagnosing masses in precarious anatomic sites of the head and neck.

Assessment of the efficiency and accuracy of an artificial intelligence assistive system in the diagnosis of Pap cervical atypical glandular cell cytology [PDF]
Abstract Background A diagnosis of atypical glandular cells (AGC) on Papanicolaou (Pap) slides is rare but has clinically significant findings associated with high‐risk cervical and endometrial lesions. The authors evaluated the efficiency and diagnostic performance of an artificial intelligence (AI)‐assisted platform (Riuqian WSI‐2400; with the ...

Contribution of α‐synuclein cytopathologies to distinct seeding of misfolded α‐synuclein [PDF]
This study investigated whether brain regions with distinct predominance of α‐synuclein (αSyn) cytopathologies show different αSyn seeding patterns in multiple system atrophy (MSA) and Lewy body disease (LBD), using an interdisciplinary approach. High seeding activity is observed in regions with oligodendrocytic‐predominant αSyn pathology in MSA.
