Bilayer CZTS/Si absorber for obtaining highly efficient CZTS solar cell
Solar Energy, 2021Abstract The good photovoltaic (PV) properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) and silicon (Si) can be used combinedly as a potential route for enhancing the efficiency of CZTS solar cell. In this work, a bilayer CZTS/Si absorber structure is presented to replace the conventional single CZTS absorber layer based solar cell.

Electrosynthesis of CZTS films by sulfurization of CZT precursor: Effect of soft annealing treatment
Applied Surface Science, 2013Abstract In the present work, CZTS thin films have been prepared by sulfurization of electrodeposited Cu–Zn–Sn (CZT) precursor. Prior to sulfurization, as-deposited CZT precursors have been soft annealed in Ar atmosphere at different temperatures (250–350 °C).

Effect of CZT Powder Burying CZT Crystal on Annealing in Cd Atmosphere
Crystal Research and Technology, 2023AbstractDue to the inevitable formation of the second phase of Te in the growth process of Cadmium zinc telluride (CdZnTe/CZT) crystal, the Te related defects are usually treated by Cd atmosphere annealing to improve the crystal quality. In this paper, the influence of different powder burying crystals on the annealing effect in Cd atmosphere is ...

Electrochemical studies on the CZT precursor deposition for CZTS solar cell application
Journal of the Korean Physical Society, 2016Cu-Zn-Sn-(Se,S)(CZTS) is one of the most promising thin-film solar cells. The electrochemical methods to fabricate CZT deposits from one bath were investigated. Citrate was used to form a complex with each metallic compound. The proper potential and pH were determined from cyclic voltammetry and stability diagrams, respectively.

Community Z Tools (CZT) is an integrated framework for the Z formal specification language. In this paper, we show how it is also designed to support extensions of Z, in a way that minimises the work required to build a new Z extension. The goals of the framework are to maximise extensibility and reuse, and minimise code duplication and maintenance ...
