Traditional Chinese Medicine has expanded far beyond Asia, with growing markets in North America and Europe for supplements and functional foods. Lingzhi or Reishi (Ganoderma lingzhi), a well‐known medicinal mushroom, is valued for its anti‐inflammatory and anticancer properties.
