Graphical summary of the experimental comparison of shear‐induced hemolysis in pediatric and adult blood using a Couette shearing device. Pediatric blood shows a trend toward lower increase in hemolysis at higher shear stress amplitudes, while no relevant differences are observed at low and intermediate stresses.

The First Archaeomagnetic Age at Tiwanaku and Implications for Dating Andean Metallurgical Furnaces

ABSTRACT This paper presents the first archaeomagnetic dating at Tiwanaku (Andean Altiplano). We compared the geomagnetic field values recorded by a metallurgical furnace against an updated SHAWQ2k‐SH global model and a regional intensity curve, both of which include, for the first time, high‐quality intensity data from the Southern Hemisphere. Divergence in μ and δ opioid receptor pharmacology in neurons and antinociceptive efficacy in neuropathic pain: Insights from MP135 and CYM51010

Background and purpose Opioids targeting the μ opioid receptor remain largely ineffective in neuropathic pain conditions, emphasizing the need for novel therapeutic strategies. MP135 was reported to reduce thermal nociception in naive animals by activating μ‐δ opioid receptor heteromers.
