Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2016 目的探讨足月孕妇血浆D-二聚体的正常值水平以及统计分布,为妇产科临床诊疗提供依据。方法收集足月待产孕妇的D-二聚体数据(剔除有死胎、HELLP综合征、妊娠并发DIC等不良妊娠病例和妊娠合并血液系统疾病)共4000例,应用软件SPSS 17.0和Origin75进行统计学分析。结果足月产妇的D-二聚体水平呈明显的偏态分布,95%的孕妇D-二聚体水平≤5.77μg/ml;不同年龄组、不同合并症组孕妇血浆D-二聚体水平不全相同,低龄孕妇组与适龄产妇组血浆D-二聚体水平差异有统计学意义 ...

晚期结直肠癌患者DC-CIK免疫干预前后D二聚体改变的临床研究
